Aztech Engineers, Inc. was responsible for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) design for two separate tenant improvement/expansion projects for Integrated Process Technology (IPT). The firsts was a 6,000 square foot space expansion, and when IPT needed to expand into an additional 12,000 square feet, Aztech Engineers was selected for that work as well.
IPT relies heavily on data and information transfer. Included in these projects were renovations to their existing Data Center and the construction of an additional back-up Data Room. Critical to these projects was the careful coordination of lighting, power and data outlets with the furniture plan and various workspace environments. There were also very tight project time schedules, which required planning and phasing in order to relocate the existing tenants and give IPT almost immediate access to this space.
Aztech Engineers, Inc. had worked on several other tenant fit-outs for this management firm. When C.P. Management decided to move and renovate their offices, they chose Aztech Engineers, Inc. to provide the MEP design services.
